      QUEENSLAND’S most viewed property going to auction this weekend is in the multicultural hub of Sunnybank in Brisbane’s outer ring.

      The five-bedroom house at 58 Dunedin St, Sunnybank has had more than 3000 online views in less than three weeks according to realestate.com.au data.

      David Healy of Healy Homes built the two-storey house in 2006 for Michael and Catherine Purcell, who purchased the 1023sq m block in an exclusive location in 2001.

      “It’s been our home, not just a house,” Mr Purcell said.
