How Cooking at Home Isn't Only Good for Social Distancing, It's Great for Prioritizing Your Mental and Physical Well-Being Too
One of the worst things that we had to give up during this social distancing season is eating out at our favourite restaurants. Luckily, home cooking has a lot of advantages to it too.
Here's a couple of them:
I have to admit that it isn’t something I want to do all the time, but I enjoy the creative process. I especially love when I can cook a meal with a variety of ingredients. It allows me to enjoy my creativity in a totally different way, helping me stay mentally sharp and boosting my creative joy.
